For OEM/ODM projects, product details, specifications, materials, finishes, packaging requirements, and other conditions shall be confirmed through formal quotations, samples, purchase orders, or signed agreements.
3. Quotations & Orders
All quotations provided by JANEDO are subject to product availability, material costs, production capacity, and final confirmation between both parties.
Orders are considered confirmed only after written acceptance, approval of product specifications, and agreement on payment terms.
As a manufacturer, JANEDO does not provide direct online purchasing services through this website. Customers are welcome to contact our sales team for quotations, product consultation, customization requirements, and cooperation opportunities.
4. Production & Delivery
Production lead times depend on product type, order quantity, customization requirements, and production schedules.
For standard orders, the estimated delivery time is generally:
- First order: approximately 55 days after order confirmation and receipt of required deposit/payment.
- Repeat orders: approximately 45–50 days depending on product availability and production arrangements.
The above lead times are estimates and may be affected by factors including raw material supply, production conditions, inspection requirements, holidays, shipping arrangements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The final delivery schedule will be confirmed according to the specific purchase order.
5. Quality Inspection & Claims
JANEDO is committed to providing products that meet agreed specifications and quality requirements.
In case of any quality discrepancy, the Buyer shall provide a written inspection or survey report issued by an internationally recognized third-party testing or inspection agency within 20 days after the arrival of goods at the destination port.
Any quantity discrepancy must be reported by the Buyer within 10 days after the arrival of goods at the destination port, together with relevant supporting documents.
JANEDO shall not be responsible for discrepancies, damages, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to issues caused by insurance companies, shipping companies, transportation organizations, customs authorities, or postal services.
6. Shipping & Transportation
Shipping terms, transportation methods, insurance arrangements, and related responsibilities shall be agreed upon in the quotation, purchase order, or sales agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. JANEDO shall not be liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product images, designs, texts, videos, and technical information, is owned by JANEDO or legally authorized for use.
Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of website content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
