In 2019, the total sales volume exceeded 700 million yuan, and the international trade reached 670 million yuan. Janedo has gone from a family business to a joint-stock company, leading a team of nearly 40 people and setting up offices in many other countries.
After more than ten years of factory management and international trade experience, I found that the whole sales model has changed, so I set up this company in 2017.
At the end of 2011, the two companies were reorganized and merged, with sales of nearly 400 million yuan at the time of merger. The team led by me increased from a dozen people to 30 people.
In 2008, we encountered the financial crisis, and during the communication with the boss, the boss exclaimed when the sales volume could exceed 200 million yuan, which touched me very much. Through two years of preparation, our sales in 2011 exceeded 200 million yuan for the first time.
When I started to take over the company's business in 2007, the international trade was nearly 100 million yuan, and I participated in the Canton Fair and foreign exhibitions. What I could feel is that the demand of customers was very large, and hundreds of business cards could be collected every day.
The company entered this industry in 2003. At that time, our sales volume was only 50 million yuan, and the export volume was less than 10 million yuan. At the beginning of international trade, we were very fresh to our products, customers and exhibitions, at the same time, we were also eager to learn about sales and supply chain integration.
